Feb 4 • Feb 18 • Mar 4 • Mar 18 • Abr 1 • Abr 15 • May 6 • May 20 • Jun 3 • Jun 17 • Jul 1 • Jul 15

Who:
This group is designed for supervisors overseeing staff who engage directly with young children (ages 0-6) and their families in a professional capacity.
Description:
A Diversity-Informed Reflective Consultation Group provides a transformative and supportive space for professionals to deeply examine the impact of their work through the lenses of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Centered on cultural humility and a social justice framework, this group encourages participants to reflect on their personal and professional identities, biases, and the emotional impact of relationship-based work. Through facilitated discussions, members engage in open dialogue, lean into vulnerability, and practice active listening, fostering empathy and a stronger professional use of self. This experience cultivates a deeper understanding of how systemic factors shape relationships and decision-making, empowering professionals to approach their work with heightened cultural curiosity and sensitivity. Ultimately, the group promotes resilience, growth, and a collective commitment to equity and inclusion in service delivery, enhancing reflective capacity and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Because Reflective Consultation is a relationship-based experience, joining an RSC group is a commitment of your time and presence. It is expected that you will attend all 12-hours of RSC; it is not an experience that you "drop in" to occasionally. Please review the dates to ensure they work with your schedule before applying for the waitlist.
Waitlist: Access to this event will be determined by your waitlist priority. Trust Funded providers will receive first priority, based on the order of sign-up. All other participants will be granted second priority, also in the order of sign-up. Thank you for your understanding!
