Leading Through the Storm

This training is specifically designed for supervisors and executives within your organization. The last few years have been a lot for leaders and supervisors of organizations. For some of you, the last few years are just part of a much longer difficult storm at your organization. For many of us, it would have been helpful to have a guide or a playbook on how to navigate through these situations with your team. Within this training, you will learn strategies on how to lead your team through difficult storms while focusing on maintaining the social and emotional wellness of your colleagues. Whether there is high staff turnover, trauma or grief experienced at the workplace, or deliverables or services seem more complex than ever, your leadership approach will influence the social and emotional outcome of your team during this storm.
