Court Care & KidSpace

YWCA South Florida's Court Care & KidSpace Offer Support with Free Child Care During Court

Navigating the legal system can be overwhelming, especially for parents and caregivers with young children. YWCA South Florida’s Court Care & KidSpace provide a supportive solution offering a free safe, nurturing, and supervised space for children while their parent or legal guardian attend a virtual or onsite domestic violence, family, civil, and criminal-related court proceeding or filing.

Our trained, qualified YWCA staff supervise children ages 6 months to 13 years old, thanks to a partnership between the YWCA South Florida Inc. and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and Broward County.

Court Care is open to all parents or guardians in need of childcare services while they are in court.
