Honoring Diversity in Work with Children & Families in Spanish

This brief training will be an introduction to the 10 critical perspectives and strategies that practitioners and leaders can use to honor all families and children they serve. These tenets are essential for all professionals who provide direct service to children and families, as well as managers who supervise direct-service staff & administrators who lead programs that serve children and families. This training may provide 1 hour towards the Cultural Humility competency for the Florida Infant Mental Health Endorsement® application or renewal.
