YWCA South Florida Announces 2024-2025 Board of Directors
Miami, Fla.– YWCA South Florida, a leading voice for women, girls and all marginalized individuals across South Florida, has appointed two new members to its 2024-2025 Board of Directors: Jacqueline Bravo, Senior Vice President and Tax Director for BankUnited, and Rodrick Miller, President & Chief Executive Officer at Miami-Dade Beacon Council.
The new board members will contribute their invaluable experience and expertise in key areas to drive forward YWCA South Florida’s mission-focused impact on empowering women and eliminating racism.
Bravo is devoted to supporting women and underserved communities through providing mentorship and leadership opportunities that empower and enrich marginalized individuals. Her deep understanding of tackling complexities and engaging collaboration in an organization will further advance YWCA South Florida through its growth and development.
Miller brings decades of expertise as an economic developer and has distinguished himself through his unwavering commitment to inclusive, sustainable growth in Miami-Dade. His people-centered approach to development will be an asset as YWCA South Florida continues to advance its mission and goals.
